No Bake Cookies

 These are delicious that’s why there are only two in the picture. 


















Ingredients

·         2 cups sugar

·         1/4 cup cocoa

·         1/4 cup butter

·         1/2 cup milk

·         1/2 cup peanut butter

·         1 tsp vanilla

·         3 cups quick cooking oats

·         1/2 cup nuts or coconut, optional


Method

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil for one minute. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper or foil. Cool in fridge or on countertop.

Homemade Pizza

 This pizza was amazing I have made it twice since I learned the recipe.






Ingredients:

Dough I used a bread maker for my dough but you may use whatever recipe you like.

Toppings (olive and bacon is my favorite)

Cheese

3 cloves of garlic crushed

1 tsp Salt  

½ cup olive oil


Mix olive oil, salt, and garlic into the dough. Flatten add sauce and toppings. Bake according to dough instructions.

Bagel Pizza

This is an easy dinner or snack.





Stuff you’ll need:
Bagel
Red or white sauce
Cheese
Favorite toppings

Set your oven to 350 degrees. Spread sauce over your open bagel. Put on the cheese and add toppings throw it in the oven for 10 minutes or till cheese is melted and bubbly.

Moms Birthday Dinner

Hey heres a few yummy recipes for this fabulous dinner. Great for a family get together.Homemade tortellini alfredo with salad, sourdough bread, bread sticks, and garlic bread.






Lark's Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups of milk (2%)
1/3 cup (3 oz) cream cheese
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp butter
3 cloves garlic
1 cup parmesan cheese

(blend first 4 ingredients in blender till smooth) 

Meanwhile, melt butter in sauce pan add garlic (30sec) add milk mixture to pan stirring constantly about 6 minutes. Remove from heat add cheese, cover. Wait ten minutes.

Stir well, serve over warm pasta or fresh bread. :)
